Good deal. Put High Performance HP in the title.
If you know enough to ask this, you should be able to easily spot the answer to your question.
No, it needs to be BOGO to be hackable...

Thanks OP. I bought it. I have 4 4ah regular batteries but have used them all when leaf blowing. These will give me extra time, so I don't run out of fully charged batteries. I also bought the hedge trimmer and the 2ah battery will be lighter for my sister in-law who trims my bushes.

Is the 18V leaf blower strong enough? I have the 40V from greenworks but having one kind of battery/charger would save time and space
For blowing leaves on the lawn? No.

For clearing the patio or other hard surfaces? Yes.

I'm not who you asked, but I have had 2 versions of the 18v blower. While I like it, and use it frequently for the garage and my walkways, this isn't a lawn leaf blower.

Agreed. I have 3 of the 18v leaf blowers and I love them for cleaning out the garage, sidewalk, driveway, pool patio, deck, various other things... but I would not use it on my lawn. I have a gas blower for that.

Has anyone tried using Ryobi HP batteries on Dyson vacuum with an adapter?

It works great for me because I do my leaves once a week in the fall. If you wait till the end maybe not. I like mine a lot and would never go back to a gas blower.

Kind of out of the loop here, we used to have 4Ah double pack at stores for 99 and a good deal was 59, that's how I got my 4Ah. Is everything changed THAT much recently and nowadays deals like this are considered a good one?
Not trying to troll or such, just a pure curiosity since I was 'bout to grab new batteries soon.

I do. You need 4ah HP battery to power Dysons!

Obviously this is going to be anecdotal, even by region, so take all opinions with a grain of salt.

The question to ask is what CFM some of these people are used to, since they aren't saying much without context.

However, the brushless blower is plenty powerful for clearing the average California yard in the fall. It's not like our yards are massive or covered in trees, though.

This is three batteries and they're all HP, not the standard 4aH battery from previous deals.

Even if you don't have brushless tools to take advantage of it, the HP batteries have the benefit of a built in charge indicator that displays as it's charging.

Yep, I was talking 'bout HP batteries, I don't have any others.

want to get a few extra 4Ah or bigger 18V batteries to prepare for the upcoming summer mowing season. I currently have 8 regular 4ah 18V batteries, but they are all 2 years old. (mower came with 4 and I got 4 others via tool deals or hacks)

Do "HP" 4ah 18V batteries make any difference on Ryobi lawnmowers?

Thanks!

I am looking to replace battery on a Dyson with higher mah but I am concerned about the additional weight. How does it feel after using Dyson with 4AH Ryobi battery for 15-20 minutes?

We feel accountable with the added weight. We typically don't use one hand continuously. Keep switching hands, I can do it all day long, lol

HP has nothing to do with runtime or capacity. If you want higher runtime, you simply need bigger batteries.

I use the 9aH in my brushless mower and it's good for over an hour.

There's also a 12aH on sale right now for $200: https://www.homedepot.com/p/RYOBI.../325353518
