Costco has raised the prices of their coffee.
the 3 pound Kirkland for example i have been buying for years at $12ish went up to $19 in the past 2 month. add $3 shipping per item. i have a membership(which i am not renewing after years)

This deal for 4 pounds looks great for good coffee.

Amazon has 2-Pack 32 Ounce (4 Pounds Total) Community Ground Coffee Breakfast Blend Medium Roast for $14.98, or $14.23 with Subscribe and Save. Shipping is free with Prime or on $35+ orders. This is a couple of dollars more than the recent Frontpage deal, but is still one of the lowest prices on any ground coffee at $3.75 per pound, or $3.56 per pound with S&S.

Coffee prices have been/are going up. Yields are poor in Brazil I think and demand is probably as high as it's ever been. Yeah you can usually find something cheap though, not sure I want to buy 4 lbs of this to try though.

I have bought Community Coffee before.
At the very least it is good cup of coffee. It gets high ratings. No bitterness.

Bought this last week when the sale price was 11.Xx and it's decent coffee nothing fancy, but gets the job done. I made it as cold brew so not sure if it tastes worse as pour over but I never drink hot coffee

I've been doing this deal regularly for a long time; the savings are unbeatable. I give Breakfast Blend an 8 out of 10 for quality and taste. Signature Blend gets a 9 as it's a little darker and stronger. The Signature Blend occasionally goes on sale like this, but not near as often. For half the price I'm happy with Breakfast Blend as my daily brew. Even Great Value can't touch this price.

Would you call this a true medium roast? Most "breakfast" blends are pretty weak. I love the Signature when it goes this low, and just finished the last of many bags purchased last year.

It's on the darker side of medium, pretty robust for a medium roast. I've had medium roasts that you can see through to the bottom of a full cup; that's not for me and Breakfast Blend doesn't disappoint in that regard. It also stands up well to creamers and sweeteners. But coffee taste is very subjective; I might love it and you hate it. The risk is low to try it at such a low price. But don't expect the same "kick" that Signature Blend has; this is a slightly tamer variety.

I was about to give up on coffee completely as I have been finding prices creeping up to $7 per lb. Luckily I will be able to drink coffee a little longer with deals like this. I freeze these and keep the one in the fridge that I have opened and works pretty good. Whole beans are preferable but can't be too picky when it is cheap.

With ridiculously high prices everywhere you turn these days, Slickdeals has become a more valuable resource to me than ever. I stopped buying eggs recently as there's no way around $6 a dozen minimum, and I'm just not paying that, period. Thankfully I can still enjoy my morning coffee at a fair price. I'm happy that this deal helps you do the same.

I'd pay $6, its $9 in TX for a dozen at HEB Frown

Wish this deal was for bean rather than ground coffee. Dang.

If you do a little research on egg prices, the evidence suggests that a wholesaler latched onto a mostly false bird flu scare to artificially raise prices, and they have increased their profits 8 or 10-fold by doing so. Part of the problem is that the national egg wholesaler is a virtual monopoly. The only way to fight them is to stop buying their product until prices crash. That's happening right now in the car market as dealers and manufacturers are scrambling to cope with inventory that no one will buy at these prices.

yep, yep. I gave up eggs too until the supply gets back in order and the prices come down. Everything has a price and being an omnivore makes it relatively easy to eliminate or substitute products.
