I just checked all the ones listed in the OP. And all seem to be available somewhere for the $0.98 price, but that will vary by store or location. So if it's OOS for you or a higher price from a 3rd party, try clicking on the pickup option and checking nearby stores or other zip codes if you can.
I've updated the OP's links to (hopefully) go to directly to Walmart as the seller, so hopefully that makes it easier to see which are still in stock around your area.
