I was wrong: It's not just emails. If I go look at my Deal Alerts page, my list of "Your Deal Alert Matches" is stuck on an old deal too. It's not just emails: your entire deal alert system is broken.

I don't use the app, so I don't know if that's broken too, but given that the main website is broken, I would be guessing that it is.

Same for me. Have got 5 or 6 total in the last 24 hours but when I search the same term, a bunch of new posts show up that I never got alerts for

Something is definitely up, some people aren't getting their alerts, but its not a case of the entire deal alert system down.
We're trying to locate what exactly is wrong as theres no errors, and the majority of alerts seem to be making it fine.

I will keep you updated in this thread

They were coming through fine on 3/7 but I got 6 yesterday and none today so far. Typically I get 50-75 a day. I've checked my Junk folder and did a search of All Mailboxes and they're not there. I've not changed any settings at Slickdeals in about 2 years. I even went to Google Mail on my browser and nothing.

I'm still not receiving the daily email summary. Individual/keyword deal notifications are working, just not the daily summary.

That is odd. I checked and see that deals are scheduled to be sent to you via the daily deal alert today, so lets wait and see if you get an email today. If not I will investigate.

Yesterday's (11th) showed up. So maybe it's working again? If today's doesn't arrive, I'll let you know.

My deal summaries have been spotty this week. Show up one day, but not the next.

Still receive the two "trending" messages, which are mostly redundant, since they have the same content.

At least the rapid fire duplicates for individual alerts stopped…

Did someone forget to feed the hamsters that power SD?
