I've never ordered from this store myself, but reviews tend to say it is [ebay.com]. They also have a 30 money back guarantee, so worst case you could always return it

It's literally Dyson's own eBay store...

Hmm, how's this compare to the Samsung Jet on sale now for cheaper.

Bought and returned because it's too small for us. It took 2 months and they didn't refund. I had to ask Ebay to step in.

The dust bin looks small, but for $50 more you can get the V15 which have a bigger dust bin and more suction power

This might help: https://www.rtings.com/vacuum/too...6466/33962

I had a refurb V6 that was ready to be retired (got it in 2017) and was shopping for a V10 since it was in the price range I wanted but before I was able to find a refurb V8 or V10, the V6 wand broke. It spent like 2 weeks without any Dyson deals coming up until the a deal for a new V12 came up, more than I wanted to spend but it was new and I needed a new vacuum so I just bought it.

I love the V12, the laser detect thing is super useful on hard floors (thought I think the V10 can use it too?) and the push button is way better than the trigger. I also thought the smart detect thing was a gimmick but nope, it actually does seem to increase suction in areas if it detect more dirt/whatever.

I bought a refurbished Dyson (V11 Outsize) last year's May and the brushroll head motor died last month. They wanted as much as I paid for the vacuum for a replacement. YMMV.

I replaced the brushroll motor from a salvage part I bought on eBay.
