No idea what it tastes like but it uses cane sugar as a sweetener. 8g vs 11g in Liquid IV.

They're very similar to Liquid IV, just weaker if you use a whole pack of powder in a whole bottle of water. The packs are 12 grams each vs 16 grams for Liquid IV, but the ingredient proportions are similar. I can't stand artificial sweeteners and these two brands are the only ones that just use sugar.

Lower unit cost with Meh. Amazon is ~$8 for 12 sticks, ~$.66/stick. Meh deal is $30 for 72 sticks, ~$.42/stick.

Liquid IV really was great for me when I would cramp up. The sugar seemed excessive, but I think that's why it helped me after a hard workout.
