Not trying to be funny, but what is 'health' to you? To some people it is not being morbidly obese, some people take a bunch of bullshit supplements everyday because they think they will live forever (they wont)... surprisingly, the macros change kind of a lot on these per flavor as a percentage of their total calories. Literally none of this processed shit is what everyone would consider "healthy", but life is just gray areas. Better than a twinky, not as great as free range chicken and organic rice. My unsolicited life advice is to not take tomorrow as a given and responsibly enjoy today. If these help you to do that, then they are healthy.

Thing I've read from multiple "influencers" is if protien is 10% of calories then it's a real protein bar. Anything less is just a candy bar.

In terms of protein bars, they are probably somewhere in the middle in terms of health erring on the more healthy side (which isn't saying much). However, protein bars are what you would call "ultraprocessed" and aren't healthy for you in general. They should really only be used if you are running short on protein and can't make a protein shake or can't get some real protein in food very quickly.

These protein bars are great! The chocolate is one of my favorite flavors. They almost do not taste like a protein bar.

Pretty decent advice for people that worry about the minutiae of health. I'd worry more about being in a healthy weight than whether something has processed ingredients or not. If you want to pursue that afterwards, that's completely fine.

Also, I recently had these and they are by far the best tasting protein bars I've ever had, especially for the macros.

Half the people on this site have no idea what healthy means. They think with their backside and as long as they believe it to be true, then it is true.

Are you looking to build or maintain muscle/strength? Then these are good. The ratio between calories and protein is normal for a protein bar (1g per 10kcal). You can get better with other bars but its not enough to make a huge difference especially on a daily basis. End of the day, these are great when you are on the go. Otherwise, a proper meal/snack can be significantly better.

Do you think healthy means not human made? If you are one of these, then no. Literally nothing is healthy and you will die alone... /s Im sure there is something man made in these bars that was not "naturally" extracted from a donkeys bunghole.

Do you think sugar is the devil? Then god help you, because you are a goober. Exception made for people with relevant diseases but those people should not be advising others without disclosing their condition.

Healthy is a weird standard. Protein:calories ratio is definitely healthy and if it prevents u from eating a candy bar 100000% HEALTHY. Compared to eating whole foods eh up to u. I eat at least 1 a day and have absolutely 0 worries. I would say it is a healthy alternative to candy bars or similar
