If this is your first one, you really should try to wait for the deal which includes the USB-A adapter.

My tests on this card got me 92.8 MB/s from my Mac Studio and a Twelve South hub (both UHS-II), 164.1 MB/s from an Acer adapter, 168.6 MB/s from a Pro Grade reader, and 176.4 MB/s from the Samsung adapter.
Still perfectly fine for your Switches and Steam Decks and what have you, which only have UHS-I readers.
