Duplicate alerts for the same listing starting today at ~10am ET

Did some new code go in this morning? At ~10am ET started getting spammed with alerts for the same exact listing every 10-15 minutes.

There is definitely something going on. Our devs have said they have a fix in the process of going out so hopefully this will be fixed shortly.

In the past week or so I have received several duplicate notifications on other posts as well. These don't only show up as emails to me, at least some of them show up in my private messages area on the Slickdeals website, so I am reasonably certain this is not happening on my end. Since I made no changes to my account this month it would appear to be an issue not under my control.
How do I get someone to look into this and make it stop?

The team thought that they might have had this bug squashed yesterday but unfortunately, they haven't been able to fully stop it yet. The team is actively looking into the root cause of this issue and trying to make sure that these duplicate alerts stop.
I apologize for the inconvenience, I know how annoying it can be to be alerted to the same thread multiple times.

People are tuning out because we are getting 5x alerts for the same deal over the course of hours.
This is costing you money.
