Really good deal. I have this machine and it's been a work horse, pours a really good shot and froths like a champ. If you're in the market, watch some reviews and buy it, it's solid
Solid automatic machine with some great tech and at this price point worth the trigger pull if you are looking to cut back on your to go coffee expenditure.
Though my main machine is the flair 58 I got one of these for the wife since she doesn't like the whole process and time that goes into manual espresso. I use it when in a rush and it makes a solid cup
I know this machine is relatively new. It's a bit concerning to see it being offered refurbished which could mean it doesn't last long. I will wait for it to go on sale at Costco since they offer better return/warranty. Last time it was $500 with a $100 Costco card which is a better deal for a new one

I'm on my second one and will need to submit for another warranty replacement. Both units had issues with the grinder. The adjustment goes crazy and cycles by itself or skips a bunch of numbers making it impossible to choose the grind you want. The first unit wouldn't know when to stop grinding and would overflow each time. If I could do it all over I would pass.
Been waiting for Costco to restock, but have lost hope that they might, plus I don't like that the Costco site now says $550 w/150 GC refund. Pulled the trigger on this one. Crossing my fingers that they are just open box returns.
I'm all for buying refurbished items and I do it all the time. However I'm squeamish about buying refurbished food items...I'm sure it's fine but I think I'll pass until a deal comes out on a new one!

There do seem to be a number of people with issues though. It seems most issues show up within a month so as long as your not afraid to go through warranty process (ninja is reportedly very helpful) you can end up with a great machine.

Yeah, this price is tempting, but considering it can more or less be had for around $400 at Costco (once it's restocked), saving $50 is not worth the risk. There are too many points of failure to be concerned about with an appliance like this.

Costco has it in stock for $400 after $150 gc. I just started a thread

For me, with tax, the refurb comes out to be $65 less than a new one from Costco after the GC rebate. I was a little hesitant to do so, but I was able to cancel my order with Woot and decided to get the Costco one.
I guess I can buy a lot of dog food and smoke a bunch of ribs with the $150 GC.
States factory refurbished, but no warranty information outside of woot warranty it seems. Not sure if we can reach out to ninja if something goes wrong

I can say is purchase it . Bought one on sale through Ninja , it makes great coffee and espresso drinks
I'd want more than a $50 discount for a refurbed unit...
