Thanks OP! I've been looking for one in this price range with WiFi for Retro Achievements.

This is an unreal deal. I pre order this and paid about $75. So much nostalgia. So little cash.

Are games already on this? If so, is there a list?

If you are buying this, I would recommend flashing the cheap SD card. It comes with a better one because they usually use a cheap SD card that tends to break, and it would save you a big headache down the line.

Don't believe so. Only the translucent ones are.

Seems like a waste of computing power to be able to emulate credibly thru PSP yet not have analog sticks or triggers. (I see it has rumble and shoulders.) Am I missing something?

No. Only the Miyoo Mini and Miyoo Mini Plus run Onion, and Garlic is outdated.
There are several excellent custom firmwares for the Anbernic XX line, such as MuOS, Knulli, MinUI, and a modified stock OS as an alternative.

This is an incredible price for a great throw-in-your-bag, don't-mind-if-it-gets-beat-up retro handheld. As others have said, budget for a name brand SD card and do a clean install, add your own ROM collection rather than relying on the poorly organized stock card. If the stock card is Kioxia it's likely reliable enough, you can re-flash it and use it for your boot drive.

Tempted to get another one. I would recommend to avoid the translucent ones. The hinge on mine cracked in just a few weeks of light use. Have had no problems with the solid grey.

It was really marketed for people who want to emulate GBA games with the nostalgic GBA SP form factor. The ability to run other systems is a nice bonus. They didn't want to include analog triggers to make it more "authentic".

I think the 35xx h is way better for people who don't care about nostalgia.

I just watched a video on this and the original colors also got the upgrades if you get fresh stock. Its a gamble I guess

I think this is a spot-on assessment for this particular model from Anbernic featuring the H700 chipset.

Building on that point, you can use this in a sort of "console mode" by pairing a Bluetooth controller or using a compatible wired one via the USB C port; then output the video to a TV / monitor using the built-in mini HDMI port However, if one's priority is not nostalgia for the GBA SP / clamshell designs in general and thumbsticks are an absolute must for someone - I'd definitely also recommend looking at the Anbernic RG35XX H (or RG40XX H, but that one's less pocket friendly) vs. getting this one.

There are also those select PSP titles like Mega Man: Maverick Hunter X and Castlevania: Dracula X Chronicles that play well on this CPU and don't need joysticks + work very well using a D-Pad.
