Note: Specs list "Blood Oxygen" since the Ultra1 models are pre-injunction. Since January 2024 Apple hasn't been allowed to sell any watches with that sensor activated. Most Ultra2 don't have that sensor activated.

There's one on woot with two year warranty (unsure how those claims are handled) for $359
They do call out scratch and dent as well.

$400 for a 2-3 years used electronic watch is too much. Just look at the value of apple watches after just a year.

I'm seeing conflicting info. Does anyone have first hand experience if certified refurbished returns for activatable devices are definitely subject to the $45 restocking fee? YMMV? Policy looks like it should be charged and those that had it waived just got lucky?
