A few years back I installed one (first time) and it took me roughly 1.5 hours. After that, approx 45 min to an hour for others I have installed. Costco version appears to have a better light on motor housing and video keypad as primary differences
There are different types of Rails for motors, so all depending what you have, but the angle iron or back hangs for the motor might not work, you might also need to change the bracket above the center pad for the spring and opener arm bracket thats connected to the top panel.

Does this have everything i need to swap things out? Does this include the full belt system to replace the chain system I have now? How easy of a swap is it? I'm a fairly handy person.
Also how does this compare to this one at Costco for $200? https://www.costco.com/chamberlai...57
Thank you

Costco one is a smart opener with wifi connectivity and more feature rich.
And no, no fees for using the app. I think there are features you can unlock for fees, but basics are free.

You should take off the housing to see what might be the problem. I recently had a similar issue where the drive gear completely stripped. Bought a replacement and now it's back to good as new (waiting for the next shoe to drop). But do some troubleshooting first to see if it's just a part swap vs entire unit.
