8 of the 9 HD/HDX-only titles are in the 3/$12 sale (again, except The Ruins).
I haven't seen anyone getting upgrades from the Paramount Scares Mix & Match, but maybe it could happen. Red Eye did not upgrade for me (at least not yet…). So if you just want HDX titles (or don't care about the HDX quality for other titles) & want 3 of them, the FAH deal is slightly better.
