On the product page via desktop of the 4 Pack there is a link just under the price that says:

"Get 1 free item when you buy 1 select item(s) How to claim [amazon.com]"

On the how to claim page add the 4 pk to cart and then click on 'benefit item" radio button and add the 2 Pack item to the cart.

At checkout select subscribe and save for both items and my total was $16.50 including tax - see screenshot. Hope I never need to use them but good for the first aid kit.
- Take care out there

Brand: MyHelp
Seller: Kivals

mildly surprised to see this hit popular - is this a known brand? I see tons of no names.

The Amazon reviewer who used them for his self-inflicted chain saw wound impressed me like wading into ice water.

I always trust products that put an American flag on the box but are made in China.

I was thinking the same thing... Same box is listed on Temu, but for more money

FWIW, this one is the same box, minus the American flag, but with "Quality" logo, and you get more individual strips as well for a little bit less, plus the free item... https://www.amazon.com/gp/product..._pr_img_2?

I like the idea of having this for the first aid kit, but don't want to skimp on quality for something like this; anyone recommend a reputable brand?

Yup.

If you have a major injury and are bleeding out, you totally want to see cheap knockoff first aid supplies in the kit.

Ya know, you can also save money buying a jump starter machine instead of an AED.
