Wasn't the best value when compared to 9070/xt at MSRP, but you can't easily get those for $550/600 anymore so this is a great value if you need it.

After place order 30 minutes and read some review, i think i will keep my RX 6900XT for a while and cancel this 5070.

This is not a good card. I'd actually rather have the 4070 super if that was still available. This card is majorly gimped on playing older PhysX games like Arkham Batman.

Bit the bullet. Went from a 4070S to 9070 XT and now back down to a 5070. CUDA is just too ubiquitous to pass up unfortunately.

I think the 4070s is a better or basically equal card. I got one, but I'm going from a 3060oc.

Update: Canceled, if I go a 5070, I'm going to hold out for the FE.

You should keep your 10/12gb vram card

About 25% FPS. If you care about ray tracing, it will absolutely smoke the 3080. I think it's a solid upgrade.
I would not worry about the 12gb VRAM at all on the 5070. It's solidly a 1080p/1440p card and with DLSS, 99.8% of the games out there won't exceed that.

3080 absolutely does support DLSS4, with the exception of frame generation.

For gaming sure. But ROCm/Vulkan is so far behind CUDA/Tensor that's not even close for productivity.
