ONLY SD QUALITY ON ITUNES. If one or more movies in a set like this is currently only available in SD quality on iTunes it causes the entire set to be redeemed as SD.

The Disorderly Orderly is only SD quality on iTunes which causes this entire set to be only SD.

iTunes only does upgrades on HD content to 4K. iTunes currently does bot upgrade any SD content so if you buy this set in SD you will be stuck with SD. Keep this in mind when buying sets like this on iTunes.

Vudu /Fandango At Home has all of these movies in this set available in HD or better so it doesn't make sense why iTunes hasn't upgraded
The Dean Martin + Jerry Lewis 8-movie collection is also on sale for $12.99.

You are absolutely right! On Vudu / Fandango at Home, all of the movies in the bundle will just be HDX - although "The Nutty Professor" would be 4K if bought separately.

That's right. Both of these options are currently not ideal. I will wait for iTunes to upgrade The Disorderly Orderly to HD before I purchase this set from iTunes and then all of the movies will be in line for the free iTunes 4K upgrades if they ever become available in 4K

I dislike Jerry Lewis. Never found him funny, ever. I watched all these movies as a kid specifically on Sundays, they'd play them on the network stations for the afternoon movies. Each one of these is terrible. Could be ok for kids if they like poor jokes and bad slapstick comedy.

That is my plan, too. iTunes is more generous with their 4K upgrades. I have seen some spotty Vudu/FAH HD to 4K upgrades for some people, but they are targeted at best, and rare.

If you are not sure about these movies, watch the trailers. Personally, I can't get pass the cringiness slapstick. I loved the Three Stooges when I was growing up, but found Jerry Lewis completely unfunny. I just watched the trailers to see if I'd change my mind after all these decades...nope.

Agreed, outside of The King of Comedy (not in this collection of course) I can stand anything he is in...
