No, generally you cannot combine a 30% off offer on Instacart with other offers.

Probably not, but if you're chase card has an offer for instacart, add it and it'll work with Costco same day

Spent 10 minutes looking for something to buy. The service charge is off putting to look at even with a "30% cashback." Too much work to get a deal.

Last time Paypal had an Instacart bonus, Paypal tried to cheat me. It takes about 90 days to actually get the points and the whole time it shows pending with the correct amount shown as earned. Then when it actually issued points they gave 2%. The Paypal rep kept saying there's nothing they can do and I only earned 2% despite me keeping screenshots of everything. It took a lot of back and forth and calling different depts before someone admitted I was right. Not sure I want to go through the trouble in 90 days this time around. The only reason i fought for it was because 30% amounted to over $200.

Similar experience late last year with instacart. Paypal never gave 30%. My purchase was for $500. Kept waiting and finally returned the product. Dont trust paypal offers is my advice

YMMV but my instacart app had a $30 off $50+ discount for grocery store orders, worked on delivery or pickup. Also, my local Harris Teeter has a dozen eggs for 99¢ max of 2 per order 🤯

Filed a claim, and emailed as well.
Fingers crossed.

ps: fees and tip almost make it not worth it
