It's regular Duke's, their original include sugar.

I do like mayonnaise but this is just too much to finish before it expires even if it's far out.

"Duke's Real Mayonnaise has a shelf life of around 4-6 months unopened and should be refrigerated after opening. However, the expiration date can vary based on manufacturing and storage conditions."
Knowing it has been sitting in Amazon's warehouse for a while, I wouldn't risk it.

salad dressings, coleslaw, chicken and tuna salad, potato salad, deviled eggs, use it for the crust on grilled cheese, or roasts, or even in place of egg wash for panko breading.

I can't imagine the lack of sugar impacts the flavor too much.

Lolololol....

This is "fake" mayo using calcium disodium EDTA as a preservative.

It'll hang around fine in storage a lot longer than 4-6 months unopened.

...

As for edta side effects:

"Some studies have linked high levels of EDTA intake to negative effects on the liver and kidneys [3], [4]. This is due to the fact that EDTA can bind with essential minerals and remove them from the body, leading to potential deficiencies.

Additionally, some individuals may experience allergic reactions to EDTA, such as fever, nausea, chills, fatigue, and joint pain."
