Knowing it has been sitting in Amazon's warehouse for a while, I wouldn't risk it.
I can't imagine the lack of sugar impacts the flavor too much.

This is "fake" mayo using calcium disodium EDTA as a preservative.
It'll hang around fine in storage a lot longer than 4-6 months unopened.
