Avoid Asus like the plague as of late. They have been really screwing people over during RMAs.
So MSI Pro B650-S one is the better one out of the two.
If you only use a 6 cores 12 threads CPU like 7400f/7500f/8400f/7600/7600x/9600x, then it doesn't matter. They are about the same.

Yeah it's really sad as they used to be the best. 10 years ago I wouldn't think of running any other manufacturers motherboard.
