Not sure what you mean "NOT AVAILABLE." Lowes does use regional SKU's at time so perhaps your region has a different item number on sale. I'm in NC and can see 10246, 2487, and 1559 available (each color) for delivery today. I bought 20 bags over the weekend.
Not on the east coast. Finally live today.
A full pallet is 70 bags. If you can take the weight. Load it on the bed with a fork truck.
