Bought it back when it was $450. Great laptop for travel. Perhaps take a risk and consider open box excellent for ~$433

Got it at $450 last month for travel and it really is a great laptop. I was worried about text sharpness on the OLED but it hasn't been an issue. Battery life is incredible

I've got an older Asus 14 inch with fhd+, mine is not OLED. I wish it had a higher resolution.

The other thing is my Asus does not fold flat. This means it is fine to use sitting down, but it is impossible to use on a desk while I'm standing up. I'm 6'2, if I were 5' tall I could use possibly use it standing.

Does this one fold flat? I kinda assumed all new Asus laptops do but I'm nit seeing any pictures showing that feature.

I got this last month. Great laptop! At this price you won't regret it! Battery life is awesome, display is super bright, keyboard is smooth, and for some reason I'm starting to dig the RGB keyboard that matches the themes based on the daily wallpaper. So the vibes are always right with the colors flowing... also the premium feel of the metal body is a great plus!

That would be a 2-in-1 and this model is not a 2-in-1.

2-in-1 is 360. Flat is 180, I don't think there's a cool name like 2-in-1 for that.

I got this beast last month and love it. Battery life is insane. Screen is gorgeous. Only con is it's a Fingerprint magnet.

I got it at 450 and it's an great great value. People were really liking it at 650 last year. 549 is still a great value for a light, thin, long lasting, relatively peppy laptop. I don't see it going much lower very soon with the tariff situation. You can do much worse at this price for a windows laptop . If you asked me if I would be paying 550 for a family member to do office, browsing and light gaming I would easily say yes. If your budget is 200 bucks more, and don't mind Mac os, MacBook airs might be a better experience for you if you don't mind half the memory and storage.

the used ones are a good value too but you only get 3 months warranty from Asus even if it was open box.

I too picked it up for $450 last month - great little laptop. The screen is very good and it does everything I need in the office. The only drawback (for some) is that it's not a touch screen.
