For some reason I thought my accounts are linked since I use the same email for woot and Amazon. Then the free shipping by Amazon Prime will appear.

It's happened to me the last couple times I ordered. You can place the order and once it ships you can contact customer service and they'll refund you. Also I just logged out of my woot account and logged back in with my Amazon account and it removed the shipping. Last time this didn't work for me, but luckily it did this time. Good luck.
