They probably aren't, but unless you've been prescribed an antibacterial soap, that would be a pretty stupid thing to seek out. Washing antibiotics down the drain is a great way to push us a little closer to antibacterial resistance where you and your loved ones die from simple infections.
Also, the way soap is supposed to work is the bacteria are removed and washed away. Actually killing the bacteria across your entire body would be major overkill. That's why it's usually reserved for hand soap or sanitizer, sterilizing just the things that touch your face or food.
