These r not the same. These have the black garlic oil. Same brand but different version.
The costco ones are similar but without the oil unless it's changed recently.

I actually tried looking through the photos just to see what the broth and noodles looked like, couldn't find any photos! Picked up a box of the spicy at Costco today though, I think it was $6.99 or $7.99 for the 6 pack of spicy!
