Pro - very large capacity compared to most and the space is very 'usable'. Stainless is actually pretty stainless and fingerprint resistant. Icemaker works great. Separate pads for water and ice, so no constantly pushing a button to switch (this was a key feature for us and getting harder to find). Icemaker in door frees up freezer space (at the expense of total ice capacity).
Cons - compressor can make a bit of a 'whistling' noise at times, but they all seem to have their individual 'sounds'.

My mom's broke in 8 months, then had seals go bad and defrost the freezer slowly to leak through and ruin her hardwood floor.

Finally just gave up and settled with the least defective looking one and, after a few months of use, there's a very audible tapping sound when some internal fan kicks in but, otherwise, it keeps things cold and I really like the measured fill feature of the water dispenser so we're just going to keep our fingers crossed and see how long it lasts.
Lots of lemons but, if you're lucky and get one from a good "batch," it's a nice fridge with plenty of room.
Definitely not the same build quality I was expecting for a Whirlpool fridge. Our previous whirlpool fridge at least lasted 13 years before the compressor just died.

What fridge does not have bad reviews ? š¤£
I own this unit!!!
No problems!!
We went through fridge shopping recently, too. All of these cheap/discounted models are about the same for build quality and only seem to be lasting a few years before something significant breaks. Either go cheap like this and accept your fate, or bump up into a higher end brand like Bosch, Subzero or GE Cafe. We ended up with an even cheaper Frigidaire just to roll the dice on another brand for once until we sell our house.

Have the same fridge 3 years no issues.
the trick is to run it on setting 1 for the fridge and 2 for the freezer
no need to run it on high ..
Food stays cool.
save you energy too
