I think a good sign of quality merino is whether they list the microns or not.. Here they don't, which isn't a good sign.

I ended up with the pull-over version of this shirt as a free review sample when REI introduced this most recent generation of their merino wool base layers, and I absolutely love it. Liked it enough that I planned on buying another immediately, only to pause at the price.
Comparing the description and specs of the fabric of the shirt I have and this half-zip, it appears to be the same material.
But at less than half price, I'm getting another pull-over, and one of these half-zips.

Pull over version I can personally vouch for:

Thanks in for one!

Free shipping for REI members, otherwise free over $60 looks like.

"Heavyweight 250 g merino wool offers a soft feel without the scratchiness"

I don't agree with your statement. I wear a lot of wool clothes from different brands. I wear wool clothes everyday. Eileen Fisher is higher end women's wool clothing company with good quality wool. They don't list gsm.

Microns is an important measurement for baselayers that is touching your skin.

The more fine then the more softer it feels while higher microns it'll feel itchy. Seems like an important number

I don't see or notice any underwear advertise this. In general merino is super soft and very warm+comfortable (well, depending on weight of course). I have been using merino stuff through a couple winters and never wanted to reach my other synthestic unders such as UA's base layer.

I thought gsm shows how thick the fabric is. The higher the number, the fabric is thicker, therefore warmer. I have many wool base layers and non-base layers in different msg with different warmth.

Wool base layer with 150 gsm doesn't feel any rougher or softer than 300 gsm jacket or leggings I have. Or vice versa.

EDIT:
"In the context of wool fabrics, GSM stands for "grams per square meter" and indicates the weight of the fabric, with higher GSM values generally signifying a heavier, thicker, and potentially warmer fabric. "

I'm not sure what "msg" is supposed to be. I'm used to Merino (and various other insulating materials) being expressed in grams per square meter. And in Merino I can't recall ever seeing anything but 150 for the light stuff, 250 for the heavier stuff.

Sorry. Typo. GSM.

Reviews mention it's thin, closer to mid weight, and gets holes easily.

I was part of the REI Advisors program years ago, and they rolled folks over into the current REI Trailblazers program.
I think it's invite only(and I have no idea the criteria to qualify for the new program since I was grandfathered in from the previous).
It's both an interesting and frustrating program. They send out the 'There is a new offer' email to all the people who have chosen activities in the target demographic, but they have a very limited quantity to give away, it seems like only 1-2 of any given size available and maybe only 1-2 styles - so you might have hundreds/thousands of people who all got the notification at the same time trying to claim 1 of 8 possible shirts. *laugh*

Most often by the time I've seen the email everything available has been claimed, or there is a token tiny sized shoe choice left.
