I bought this a few months back and DID NOT like it. It is a Chinese knockoff of the Japanese one and about twice the thickness of the Japanese one. it does not bend well, and blade wobbles in the wood handle. after I returned this, I bought the actual Japanese one and I am very satisfied with that.

I also bought this years ago and do not recommend it. All my other japanese style pull saws work great except this one.

This is how sushi restaurants are in the US and Europe mostly owned and run by Chinese. But hey they all look Asian and a small bow with konichiwa and bam authentic Japanese. Not that some of them aren't good but Japanese marketing is much better than Chinese marketing.
