This nasal rinse is really effective; although, I make my own at home either by kosher salt or crystal sea salt.

I also use kosher salt and "just baking soda". The latter has gotten expensive so you may be able to find another brand that's cheaper.

I mix a 3 parts salt to 1 part baking soda. I use 1 teaspoon of the mixture per 8 ounces of distilled water.

I was confused too since I didn't see the discount immediately in the cart.
