Is this stuff better and worth the price versus just using oils (Vegetable, Peanut, Avocado, Coconut, etc.) to keep the griddle seasoned?

For reference, the Seasoning/Conditioner matches the price from when it went Frontpage last month from Walmart (link here)

I just resurfaced and reseasoned my main griddle with it and found it fine, but nothing special. Ended up using a mix of it plus avocado oil as I ran out part way through (I had previously used it to season my 22" camping griddle).
