I assumed this was a c-female to c male adapter you connected tot he end of your cable to make it a right angle connector. 3ft is kinda insane for anything but semi-permanent desk and nights as use cases imo

So many reasons to thumbs down this into oblivion. It's not a good product, not a good price, feels kind of like spam from SD staff. This is the type of shit that will eventually ruin SD.

I bought this because I've had the charging port damaged on a phone from dropping it with a traditional charging cable. The fit is good for my phone and case but the plastic cover came off so now the cool ambient light is annoyingly bright.
