A very short time indeed, all that effort making labels for spices and now unreadable

Seems the labels are fixed width and height, meanwhile not laminated?

I have this exact one it's great but the labels I put on my creami pints in the fridge do start to fade after a week or two . Still love the thing have had it for years and use it all the time

At work we use Brother P-touch labelers. The labels are very durable, even when using off-brand label cassettes.

same, the cassette labels outlast the products over years.

Cool gadget, but if the prints fade after a couple of weeks (as thermal prints do), what is the use case for this? Not bashing, just genuinely curious. Otherwise, this is totally the kind of gadget I'd waste money on. Smilie

What ever you do avoid the Brother PT-M95, its cheap crap. bought it bc it was cheap and came with some refills. Says "low battery" every time i use it, drains batteries like no tomorrow.
