I have this griddle and it's a great griddle. It's very consistent and gets really hot. I wish the grease trap wasn't on the far left, but it's not a big deal in use. The only other nitpick is that the cover should not be used while cooking. I just take it off and put it to the side instead of of hanging it off the back to get splattered by grease.

I've use a lot of Blackstones at friend's houses and the Weber is just a better build quality and the cooking surface is very even.
Just for FYI, I know it's not weber but Sam's club has 4 burner with larger cooking space for $199.98 on clearance right now.
Yes I know, my comment was was in regards to the Member's Mark griddle that "fiveoh" posted as a comparison for $199. That one I returned due to the grease trap location.

Does this one get hot enough? I noticed on a lot of comments for various flat tops say they don't get hot enough

I had this one and returned it. Hated that the grease trap was right in the middle of the griddle and too far from the front.

Does anyone know of this can be converted to natural gas? Been searching and can't find a conversion kit which makes me think not...

I know their new Slate models come pre-set for either LP or NG...

Sorry I hadn't loaded all the FAQ.

Turns out this model is LP only, so no natural gas conversion. Deal breaker for me, just for the convenience.

This is not the one you mentioned. This one has grease trap on the far left corner.

I don't have this model, but I do have a three burner 28" Blackstone Pro Series from 2019. Looking at my units specs, mine does 48,000BTU over the same surface area so this does seem a little low. With that said, how the burners are laid out, etc. could have a lot of impact. Mine gets plenty hot for anything I need it to do.
