The promotional code you entered cannot be applied to your purchase.

The promo code worked was available for me. Also, a 20% discount and $5 gift card for trading in an old firestick appeared on the page. The $5 gift card appeared when I filled out the trade in form, but the 20% discount did not. I had to chat with customer service, and they manually added the 20%.
