If you've ever tried a cereal called Krave, these are very similar to that. The outside is whole wheat, it has a softer texture/graininess than shredded wheat, but not as soft as Cheerios. The filling inside, well, is very sweet. Frosted Flakes has 12g of added sugar, these have 14. But decent fiber. I do like these types of cereal, grab some of these rather than a chocolate chip cookie as a midnight snack. Works for me. All in moderation, amirite? 😉
