They are using different chili pepper as main ingredient for the sauce. NOT the same anymore.

I agree. After the Huy Fong and Underwood Ranch split, I tried both of their sriracha sauces. Neither is the same, but I find I prefer the Underwood Ranch version because it tastes more "right" to me. If I'm at the store and I don't have a choice between the two, I'll still get Huy Fong if it's the only thing available because it's not that big a deal, considering neither tastes exactly right anymore. I still miss the OG.

who ever dislike this comment seems rude. It is legit when the supplier split apart and made they own sriracha sauce. The Underwood ranch new sauce actually better than Huy Fong. The Underwood ranch sauce sell at Costco and sometime i can't even find them in stock because they are better.

What's the new "good" sriracha to get? I tried Ox brand and it's not good. The Huy Fong Sambal seems unchanged.
