Different use cases, the OP is more for construction where you'll actually go through the ph2 bits as a consumable on a regular basis but you still have the remaining torx, square drive, and sockets.

The one you posted is more for the DIYer, it's the one I have but I paid less and got an extra set to go with via a mail in rebate.

Obviously either can be used by either type of user but a DIYer is unlikely to go through 30 some odd ph2 bits in a lifetime much less the 10 or whatever is in the set you linked.

Based on the bit count sure. But the 3/8 and 1/2 add quite a bit of value and personally I need them a lot more often than obscure torx bits (which can live in the truck).
