Or just plan a trip in next 30 days to one of their many locations nationwide 😉
I have done that. I am actually crazy enough to do that. I once traveled to a Mtn Dew Outpost event in Mountain City, TN. All that for a free giveaway Mtn Dew 20 oz and a chance to sample flavors that were not released yet. That was like a 5 hour road trip. I stayed in VA.
If I did go to Chicago, IL though; I would want to make it a longer one because they have the International McDonald's Headquarters there. On certain days, one can try food from different countries.

I wish I could. Parents are coming up from California to visit for my birthday this month. I also do not have much paid leave. My paid leave accrues 7.5 hours every month. The real benefit is the holidays. I get 12.5 holidays (more if there are president elections).

Honestly, you do not have to do anything more. I am not sure if you are new to this site; however, there is a huge troll problem on here. Some people on here think they own the site and that their every comment has to be catered to. There is no standardized way to post a deal. What I found appropriate was just:
Subject line: Place and what the deal is
Fill out restaurant and fast food tags
In the deal details:
Online, in app, etc. (Could be useful if you state it as an offer in app or online and if not, promo code, coupon code, etc. and then what the code is)
Expiration date
Some of the proof or whatever deals that would be the "correct way to do it" (if there ever was a way), do not even have an expiration date. I should be able to go around, in that case, and demand an expiration date. I do not do that.
If you feel the need to show us proof, go ahead (notice how even when you stated you would do more, they downvoted your post. They will never be pleased). Do not let people on here rattle you.
Edit: FYI, the individual who made you give proof has never posted a deal on this site. There are takers and there are givers. You are a giver and that is thumbs up in my book. Could be a troll account, just recently made. Some people on here have multiple.
You'll see the BOGO on the checkout screen on the phone app under Available Awards. Somewhat confusing since the total before checkout was for the full price.

So to take advantage of this BOGO deal, I would need to use USPS to take advantage of this deal. That is unique.
