I can't say I'm having a problem with Microsoft. I should probably say I'm having a problem with Word.
Not the best analogy. While it is technically correct that Kewpie is a brand that makes multiple products, we know what he was referring. If I say "I don't use Kleenex", you know I'm talking about tissues, not the air filters make.
But, seriously... the brand name. LOL

Eel sauce is different. The consistency and sweet-savory nature is similar, but okonomi sauce has more of a spice / fruit profile. You use them on different foods, and they're not interchangeable. Okonomi sauce tends to go on foods made with batter - so, Okonomiyaki, Takoyaki, etc. Eel sauce is more about the umami than tanginess, and it's less complex than okonomi sauce.
I love it. Give it a try!
