Needed one of these a couple weeks ago, did a bunch of reading and ended up with the M12 Fuel brushless version (tool only) in the $80s. No complaints but do not have reference to the M18. Do your homework.
M12 is smaller but the M18 has a soft start (not sure if this model has that).
For infrequent use the m12 fuel was the easy choice for me.

This is a great deal. I've had it for over 5 years + countless uses, it's plenty powerful, never left me wishing I'd bought the fuel version.
