Suncast is good. I have other suncast shed for over 6yrs in the sun and still rock solid

Silly question, but do you need a solid foundation like one that you'd use for a shed? Or is level soil okay?

Definitely recommend this. Also makes assembly much easier. I used pressure treated wood and plywood.

I bought the Costco version (for $100 more) and it was surprisingly easy to assemble. Design of the door hinges is a bit weird but functional. Printed instructions are fairly easy to follow, but there are YT videos you can follow. Only had it for about 2 weeks so let's see how well it holds up in the Texas heat.
