It's added to cart as one item. Can't do the hack unless it's separate items.

Works for me.

On mobile click the provided link, scroll down and click "view full product details."

On the next screen scroll down to "free gift with purchase"

Then select the ratchet. Both items should show in car with prorated discount.

Oh, i don't have the app, just browsing homedepot.com via chrome browser on my phone.

Try just searching homedepot.com for the impact, 2551-22. Should say "free gift with purchase"

For the mobile app, you need to click on the view full product details. Then select the shop this offer. It works for me and I am on mobile as well.

Love my M12 Fuel Surge and use it way more than my regular M12 and M18 Fuel impacts, The Surge has more trigger control, so a lot less likely to have the bit slip out of a Phillips. It is rare I have to reach for my non Surge impacts due to not enough power. Wasn't crazy about the M18 Surge, that got returned. Great price, just get it

With the surge and installation driver tools, it will probably covers 90% of homeowners dyi.

It's an error on some accounts. I can't see it either. I can see it sometimes on the web.

I've got my diy needs covered by about 397% at this point LOL

Seriously this interests me but I started tallying up all my current options for driving a fastener into something and came to the conclusion that I need professional help.

I already have the M12 "screwdriver" drill, the installation driver, and the normal gen 3 impact. What can this do that those can't besides be slightly quieter than a normal impact?

Seemed to work for me. I did separate stores for pickup (because they actually DO show up as separate items). Should be picking up in a few hours. Will advise if I have any issues.

THANK YOU, OP! I'm fully invested in Ryobi 18v, and I don't see that changing, but there have been a few M12 items, such as this impact, that I've been eyeing for a long time.

Also, I didn't read the fine print (feel free to downvote me, if I'm wrong), but multiple Chase cards are showing 5% back via the Shop With Chase portal.👌🏼

Me too. I use my M12 SURGE for most stuff, my M12 installation tool for delicate stuff, and only rarely do I break out the M18 FUEL.

It is definitely weaker than the gen 3, but don't underestimate the value of being quieter. Also, along with making it quieter, the hydraulic makes it a lot smoother so you get much less vibration. It's all around just a more comfortable tool than traditional impacts.
