because aunt jemima was racially insensitive: https://www.npr.org/2021/02/10/96...ng-company

i try to avoid baking mixes with aluminum phosphate

That's wild! I feel like it's an excuse to get rid of her because of the exact opposite of their reasoning😟 She was an icon and now I won't ever be buying unfortunately.

As an African American, i won't buy this since they refuse to have a black face on their product!

Thanks, I was wondering how they compared.

Has anyone tried both? The Kodiak one is pretty bland but edible. Does this one taste any better?

Personally not the biggest fan of either of these two mixes. I prefer Premier Protein's mix, slightly higher calories and less fiber but it tastes infinitely better. It's usually sold at Walmart.

Thanks for the suggestion, I added it to my next grocery pickup.

Gross! Kodiak is better! We bought and returned this as it tasted very bitter and the texture was off.

I guess the BLM leaders, now living it up in their multi million dollar mansions pushed for the name change
