If I want to have only one impact wrench, which one should i choose 1/2 in DCF921 or the 3/8 in DCF923 (for more precision work)?
Personally I bought 923 when I needed one because I have more ⅜" chrome sockets that I've been using (not the best practice but I have a lifetime warranty on the sockets and I think this impact is RIGHT on the verge of really needing impact rated sockets). I'm now thinking of selling the 923 to get a 921 and get ½" impact sockets for my bigger impact that I haven't used yet.
921 & 923 are basically the same, I think 923 is SLIGHTLY shorter. I've used it on tight stuff and it's great but not ran into a situation I needed the stubby sockets so I don't think the extra ¼" (I'm guessing) or so will hurt me.
Where do you get $85? Listed @ $219 for me so comes out to about $105 after hack.
I was thinking of the Lowe's deal. $105 is not bad for the 921 impact wrench.
Gotcha.
860 (¼" impact driver) with $219 MRSP would be $104.xx
921 (½" impact wrench) $239 MSRP would be $108.xx
I did notice that all the tools MSRP are $10-20 more expensive now than they've been recently

My Ryobi AirStrike nailer is heavy AF. Would nailer from Dewalt be lighter?

Wouldn't dcf923 be able to do all things the dcf921 can do, why sell dcf923?
