You're absolutely right , however this Samsung has the icemaker in the freezer and not in the door making these fridges a lot more reliable compared to previous ones. Plus I'm getting a home warranty anyway.

Exactly right. If you stay away from the ice-maker in the door the Samsung refrigs are much more reliable.

I have this same one but in black. I originally thought the water pitcher in the front door was useless but actually having it with 3 kids and a wife who thinks you can't make pasta with tap water even though you are boiling the water, it has made me think I won't buy another one if it doesn't have that feature. It really is great, and we basically stopped buying heaving cases of water from Costco.

Agreed, it has become an unexpected necessity for my family.

Soooo much faster to pour a glass of water. I can't believe it's taken this long for someone to come up with this idea.

Bespoke appliances are actually wonderful. Samsung started from scratch with this line, but I would stay away from anything other Samsung appliances. The beverage center is awesome, the AI is kind of cool but not really my thing, although it keeps decent track of what you put in and pull out plus the dates when you first put it in.

I will add, i got the similar 4 door one with same ai screen, flex zone being the bottom right door (set as freezer or fridge etc), for i think it was 1525$ thru samsung education deal, although I know msrp was less than what this is claiming (but probably inflated).

I've owned a Samsung refrigerator since memorial Day weekend in 2012, 13 years later still working and looks just as new and NOT a single repair has been done.

That is the conventional wisdom… mine still has issues filling the water pitcher, and water drips into the ice tray causing issues. It's not problem free but much better than the old fridge for sure.

This makes sense. We have a side by side Samsung Bespoke without an ice maker, and it's great! We have a fancy Frigidaire with French doors and drawer freezer. omg we couldn't hate an appliance more!

I have this model, bought 4 years ago with zero problems. Bespoke line is different than regular Samsung appliances.

23 cu ft doesn't seem big enough. I just bought a 32 cu ft Samsung French doors/freezer on the bottom (not Bespoke) and the freezer is definitely small compared to a side by side Kenmore that is 25.1 cu ft. Not everything in the freezer would fit.

So buy a Samsung and hope you're the lucky one in a thousand? Sure thing.
