This doesn't seem like one of their better cameras based on reviews. Anyone have personal experience?

I've got 6 at my house and 4 at my in-laws. They work great and are always charging just fine. Customer service is exceptional when you are within the warranty time. I couldn't be happier. My house is Eufy and I wouldn't go back to Ring or Wyze because you have to pay for subscription services.

Eufy all day. That being said I had problems with this camera with the solar charging. At first it was user era but I then placed it in a sunny place and it still was dying.

I use it on battery mode now which lasts a couple of months anyways. I'd still take this over ring/wyze. Way better camera quality and no yearly fee.

Does eufy have free AI detection? Considering Eufy or Tapo (for the free ai tagging)

I live in Pacific Northwest and the camera went through fine in winter. It came down to almost 50% charge over the winter, but once days became sunny it came back to 100% in a month. The camera is east facing, so has better chance to get sun light. I have added 2 more a week back, in west which get less sun light. I have to check how they deal with winter.

Yes. Do your research, though.

I have two of these installed recently to compare to Google cams I have. Better then my old Nest cameras in terms of picture quality and event recording.

My s220 is very good at staying fully charged compared to eufys other solor cam. If it only records 10 times a days it should stay powered for months for just getting 2 hours of sunlight a day.

I've had 4 over a year. They are great and they updated the features in the app so it's easier to customize them between notifications etc. Very worth it. 1 had battery charging issue, but I just unmounted it, charged it full and put it back and it works fine again no issues for months. No subscription live feed. Saves what you want but doesn't constantly record unless you have a homebase (nice but not needed) night vision could be a bit better but if you need that style clairity you probably should go 4k or have a auto light go on to help brighten the area.

I had a battery die on one. Also if the top of the camera does not get direct sunlight you'll probably need a solar panel. My replacement camera with a solar panel has worked great.

I have the ring system but I must say, the integrated solar panel is baller. It's making me rethink lots of home security decisions I've made.
