Altho they swapped the two 4Ah batteries out for One 4Ah and one 2Ah. Plus you do get the free tool.

I got excepted because I saw this BRUSHLESS 1/2" IMPACT WRENCH:

Had the get tool free on it but it never applied. But its cause you need to get the more expensive battery kit for $199
Would've been slick if it worked with the $99 battery kit.
Anyways, the price breakdown shows the torque wrench will be $94
Will returning the battery still work to get the normally $179 torque wrench for $94
