Impossible to find reviews for this lunar lake based model around the net. Is it brand new? Dell seems to have dropped the Inspiron naming scheme for these new models at some point. many of the 7640 models reference the worse Intel 155h.
It looks like there's also a 2-in-1 but this is really intriguing for the price point. Looking for web & travel, Microsoft suite, and Adobe machine. This could be the one.

i have this same processor asus laptop, glad i picked it up for @799
Where does it show 120hz? Is that comfort view? I only see 90 for the miniled version not on sale. But can choose lesser versions with 256v and less memory for $700 and 800.
