I find these to keep beverages colder for longer than most of the other big brands.

That one doesn't make a lot of sense to me. For example copper is amazing at absorbing heat. Wouldn't that just make hot things dissipate heat faster?

Anybody know of compatible replacement lids? It didn't look like Tervis makes drinking spout or flip-straw lids.

The copper lining looks like it's to reduce taste/flavor impact. At least that's how the description reads.

Bought them. These are going to replace my Nalgene 32oz bottles. Never heard of this company either until now, and seems like a legitimate company.

That doesn't add up for me. Stainless is more resistant to leaching into acidic/alkaline foods than copper.

Tervis is a reputable brand. It's been around a while. They do a lot of cross branding with other major companies like Disney and such. Definitely a quality brand.

I bet is just a super thin coating targeting the antimicrobial properties of copper. Maybe for biofilm buildup. No idea if that's plausible - or just a marketing ploy.

Also wondering what "triple insulated" refers to. These look like standard 2-wall stainless vacuum insulated bottles.

Tervis is a huge brand, but I'm not saying these are safe or good quality (they probably outsource them)
I own about 30 of their plastic cups, which I no longer use due to being plastic, but they are extremely well-known.
