I bought this exact one from Woot a few weeks ago. Unboxed it. They didn't clean it really well in the refurb process you could see dirt in the front "bumper edge." I set it up and the unit would not work out of the box. Kept giving an error when trying to initiate the first scan. Returned it.

Bought one from woot about 3 months ago and no issues with robot and works great. Got another one about a month ago and it was clean but kept disconnecting. Called their support and they said they see an error and will send me a new robot for free and don't have return the broken one.

Yes. Both times from woot. The robot came with stickers on it like it was new/refurbished. Looked clean and not used.

Brought one. Parents needed one and I brought them a cheap one with lidar that turned out to be garbage. They have an older iRobot that is dumb without lidar. Looking to have this selectively clean the house and in straight lines.
